These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, and in-person consultations provided by BlueShield Experts, a division of BlueLine Marketing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
BlueShield Experts provides independent security advisory services and product recommendations. We do not manufacture, sell, install, or maintain any security equipment. All information is advisory in nature and does not constitute professional engineering, legal advice, or licensed installation services.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our website or consulting with us, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate and complete information for assessments.
• Independently evaluate any third-party providers or systems recommended.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee the performance, availability, or security of any systems or vendors we recommend. Our services are informational only and are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BlueShield Experts, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants, contractors, licensors, or service providers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, punitive, or enhanced damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
• Your access to, use of, or inability to use our website, digital tools, consultations, or services;
• Any reliance upon information, suggestions, or recommendations provided through our platforms or personnel;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content or assessments;
• Delays, failures, or interruptions in website functionality or service delivery;
• The performance, conduct, or failure of any third-party product, service provider, installer, or vendor we may reference or recommend;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or submissions;
• Any acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on our guidance, whether delivered verbally, in writing, or through digital platforms.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, or otherwise), even if the Released Parties were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability Cap:
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not fully enforceable, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the services, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the amount paid by you to us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability; or (ii) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Jurisdictional Exception:
Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, the above limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (including text, graphics, branding, and software) is the property of BlueShield Experts, a division of BlueLine Marketing or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
We may link to or recommend third-party products or providers. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their performance or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our interests or others.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, CA, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with the effective date, and continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. User-Submitted Content
You may have the opportunity to submit inquiries, reviews, testimonials, feedback, or other content to us through our website, email, or during consultations (“User Content”).
By submitting any User Content, you agree that:
• You grant BlueShield Experts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for the purposes of providing and improving our services.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
• You will not submit content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion.
12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Binding Arbitration:
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our services, or the relationship between you and BlueShield Experts shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert qualifying claims in small claims court.
The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the proceedings will take place in Los Angeles County, CA, unless otherwise required by law. Each party shall bear its own costs, except as otherwise required under AAA rules.
Class Action Waiver:
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to file or participate in a class action or seek relief on a class-wide basis.
If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect, and this section shall be interpreted to the greatest extent permitted by law.
